Orchid Technologies, Inc. joines forces with
Accuserve One, Inc. to form
Seacolt Corporation. The new company will focus on web based applications sold as "Software As A Service" (SAAS) and include applications such as document management and general information management
systems.

Orchid Technologies selected to work on a "real time" software application for
International Cybernetics Corporation. The new system is a Friction Skid system used by various DOT's and other agencies.

Orchid Technologies, inc. contracted by
Jail Connection, Inc. to work on a new
web service targeting a unique two-way
communication system that mimics WebMail and
is sold through Jails and Prisons. The
new service assists law enforcement by
reducing contraband and improves
communication methods for inmate's family
and friends.

Orchid Technologies contracted by
Infor Global Solutions to assist in
development of it's Enspire ERP product.
Contracted to refactor and port Enspire to a
newer Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
technology. The new application will
increase stability, improve performance and be
more scalable.

Orchid Technologies has assumed the rights to the ManusRisco software products and domain name. Due to illness and other interests Thomas D'Angelo, CEO and co-founder of
ManusRisco, Inc. was unable to continue with ManusRisco, Inc. As a result it was decided to dissolve ManusRisco Inc. and transfer the ManusRisco software applications and domain name to Orchid Technologies, Inc. Orchid Technologies, Inc. is owned and operated by Stan Peters, CTO, co-founder of ManusRisco, Inc. and ManusRisco product architect.
